Crisis Services Nurse

Join our Crisis Services team as a Registered Nurse and make a meaningful community impact.
Responsibilities Include

• Conduct nursing assessments for crisis admissions, withdrawal management, and psychiatric transfers.
• Administer medications, complete assessments, and perform point-of-care testing.
• Provide medical support to prescribers, facilitate medication groups, and assist clients with medication self-administration.
• Review medical documentation, support treatment planning, and participate in team and emergency response activities.
• Refer clients to resources and ensure compliance with medication protocols.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with at least two years of nursing experience or an equivalent combination.
• Current Illinois RN license; crisis psychiatric and substance use experience preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric nursing practices, social factors, and local health resources.
• Skills in documentation, communication, team collaboration, and operating healthcare technology.

• Full-time overnight position with varied schedule and holiday work.
