Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Maywood, IL

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 hours/week | Every third weekend required

• Provide direct patient care on a general medicine unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient conditions, progress, and responses to treatment
• Adhere to unit protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in Medical Surgical nursing

• Prior experience in a general medicine inpatient setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Opportunity to work in a dynamic inpatient medical surgical environment
• Consistent schedule with set shift hours on a well-established unit
