Route Service Representative; Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and other facility service products. It is a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position.

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and work professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required:

• Active driver's license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation of previous employment.

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent military service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and teamwork orientation.
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.

Base salary plus commission. Total compensation ranges $45,000 – $90,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, disability, life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, holidays, and development opportunities.
