Description: Join Trinity Health and play a key role in driving strategic growth across our organization. The Strategic Growth Associate partners with physicians, providers, and operational leaders to expand access to care, strengthen referral relationships, and identify opportunities to grow service lines and programs. This highly visible role combines relationship management, business development, market intelligence, and data-driven decision-making to help advance Trinity Health’s mission and strategic priorities.

This position is based at our corporate office in Westchester, IL and requires regular travel to regional and local sites as needed (up to 75%).
What You Will Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with employed and independent physicians, providers, and office staff to increase referrals and utilization of Trinity Health services.
- Analyze market trends, referral patterns, competitive data, and healthcare industry insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with operational, clinical, marketing, finance, and medical group leaders to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by identifying and removing barriers to access and improving the provider experience.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate performance, measure KPIs, and drive informed decision‑making.
- Lead and support business development efforts, including service line, ambulatory, and geographic growth opportunities.
- Coordinate projects, presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications to advance strategic priorities.
- Support change management initiatives and help drive adoption of new programs and growth strategies.
- Represent Trinity Health’s Mission, Vision, Values, and commitment to excellence in all interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare sales, physician outreach, business development, or related healthcare experience.
- Strong relationship‑building and consultative communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Experience collaborating across multiple departments and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned region.
- Passion for improving access to care and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Clinical healthcare experience.
- MBA, MHA, or other advanced degree in a related field.
Salary Range: $74,776K - $115,918K
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
