Housing Forward is piloting Safe Ride Specialist roles with CTA to provide trauma-informed crisis intervention and outreach for riders in need on the Green Line and surrounding areas. The team conducts de-escalation, resource referrals, warm hand-offs to shelters, and case management in coordination with CTA staff and partners.
Ideal candidates bring a BA/BS in Social Work or related fields, one year of experience, bilingual Spanish/English is highly desirable, and the ability to work flexible
