Convention Facilities Maintenance Technician

The purpose of this position is to lead and conduct minor mechanical, air‑conditioner and electrical repairs, and performs janitorial and maintenance work. Monitors performance of outsourced service contract workers. The employee has a high degree of contact with city personnel and the public which requires tack and diplomacy. Employee must abide by and ensure all safety rules and regulations. This job works under close to general supervision according to set procedures but determines how or when to complete tasks.
