What you'll do:

* Manage and prioritize exterior facility service projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with safety and quality standards.

* Perform seasonal maintenance including landscaping, snow and ice management, and equipment servicing.

* Operate and inspect heavy machinery and vehicles, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

* Lead third-party providers through coaching and performance evaluations.

* Implement sustainability upgrades and identify cost-saving improvements.

* Maintain accurate documentation and submit required reports and invoices.

What you'll bring:

* Skilled in operating and maintaining heavy machinery and powered equipment with adherence to safety protocols.

* Ability to lead third-party providers, conduct performance evaluations, and maintain quality assurance inspections.

* Effective troubleshooting and customer service skills to resolve facility-related issues promptly.

* Competence in vehicle maintenance, safety checks, and documentation management.

* Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and integrity in all work activities.
