Maintenance Manager
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Production, Engineering, and Facilities teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Supervise and lead Maintenance and Crib team leaders (up to 30 employees), including coaching, training, performance management, and employee development
- Oversee equipment, facility maintenance, and preventive maintenance scheduling to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency
- Manage large-scale projects, capital submissions, facility upgrades, and contractor/vendor relationships
- Develop and maintain budgets while driving cost control initiatives and supporting lean manufacturing efforts
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while fostering innovation and continuous improvement
What's Needed?
- 5–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC)
- Degree preferred but not required, along with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience with strong leadership skills
- Electrical background with the ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
- Experience managing budgets, capital projects, preventive maintenance programs, and large-scale projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
