Custodian - 1st Shift

Monday through Friday 5:00AM - 1:30PM

• Maintain appropriate sanitation levels in and around company facilities while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, breakrooms, and office spaces.
• Wash and sweep inside facility and pick up discarded trash.
• Perform general maintenance of the entire facility including warehouse and freezer.
• Remove ice and pick up pieces of pallets.
• Keep grounds clean and free of debris.
• Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are in good working condition, locked up correctly after use, and stock levels are maintained by taking routine stock checks.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.

• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment and pallet jacks.
• Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as
  -20°F (-25°C) in cold storage sites or up to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage sites while wearing company‑provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs (9 kg); weight may be more dependent on facility.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with various noise levels; at times it can be loud.
