Maintenance Custodian Associate

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Associate, you will help ensure every member’s shopping experience starts with a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your duties include maintaining parking lots, restrooms, floors, and other facilities while keeping a positive attitude that enhances member satisfaction.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, and proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Clean all areas of the facility—floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles—using approved methods, chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in line with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Track and replenish company‑approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring proper rotation, storage, and replacement orders as needed.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
