Parts Specialist

Collin County is seeking candidates for the position of Parts Specialist. This position assists the facilities department by ordering and issuing parts and supplies, entering requisitions for special projects and repairs, maintaining and balancing blanket purchase order agreement items, receiving supplies and materials, maintaining inventory, reordering stocked parts, and organizing the warehouse. Performs related duties as required. Work is performed under the direction of the Facilities Technical Coordinator.

Candidates must have a level of knowledge usually acquired by four years of high school or equivalent. Must have at least two years of experience. Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Operator’s Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
