Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily, to provide maintenance support and deliver on our commitments to residents. You will prepare market-ready apartments, respond to service requests, and help ensure quality and timely service.
The role requires 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and safety codes.
