Perform preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities; following established preventive maintenance schedules;
Inspect, repair, and maintain facilities, equipment, or fixtures; document wear and tear and replacement needs;
Lead and participate in teams to coordinate and execute work assignments and support timelines;
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; track parts and expenses; submit warranty claims;
Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart quality and safety standards.
