We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced housekeeper who takes real pride in their work — someone who notices the baseboards, the fingerprints on the fridge and the towels that need folding, and who clients ask for by name.

Working from our Housekeeping Checklist, you'll keep private homes clean, organized and guest‑ready:

• General: make beds and fluff pillows; tidy and reset every room; dust furniture, shelves, décor, baseboards, moldings and window sills; vacuum and mop all floors; spot‑clean doors, switches and handles; remove cobwebs; empty trash bins and replace liners; restock household supplies; final walk‑through (lights, doors, alarm)
• Kitchen: wash dishes and load/unload the dishwasher; clean and sanitize sinks, faucets and countertops; wipe backsplash and degrease the stovetop; clean the microwave inside and out; wipe appliance exteriors, handles and cabinet fronts; tidy the pantry and food storage areas; sweep and mop; empty trash and recycling
• Bathrooms: clean and disinfect toilets inside and out; scrub tubs, showers, tile and glass doors; sanitize sinks, counters and fixtures; polish mirrors and chrome/brass; remove soap scum and hard‑water spots; fold and replace towels; restock toilet paper, soap and amenities; disinfect switches, handles and knobs; empty and re‑line wastebaskets; clean and disinfect floors
• Bedrooms: change linens and make the beds; fluff and rotate pillows, fold blankets; dust nightstands, dressers and headboards; organize personal items as instructed; vacuum carpets, rugs and under the bed; wipe mirrors and glass; tidy closets and wardrobes; empty and re‑line trash bins
• Laundry & linens: sort by color and fabric and pre‑treat stains; wash with the household's preferred products; dry, fold and put away neatly; iron or steam shirts, linens and napkins; hand‑wash delicate fabrics; rotate bed and bath linens; keep closets and drawers organized
• Weekly & monthly deep tasks: inside of refrigerator and oven; ceiling fans and light fixtures; interior windows, tracks and sills; blinds and shutters; upholstery and under furniture; wash and disinfect trash bins; organize pantry, closets and storage; polish wood furniture and stainless steel

• Proven housekeeping or residential cleaning experience — verifiable references required
• Able to speak and understand English — you'll communicate directly with clients and our team
• Reliable and punctual — clients count on you showing up on time, every time
• A sharp eye for detail and pride in a job well done
• Comfortable working independently and respectful of client privacy and property
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license — you'll travel between homes across North Dallas
• Able to pass a background check
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel and lift up to 25 lbs
