We're Looking for a Skilled Trades Professional - Not a General Laborer

At The Trillium, we take pride in maintaining a clean, polished, and well-cared-for property. We're seeking an experienced Painter with Floor Care & Light Maintenance skills who understands quality workmanship, attention to detail, and professional standards.

If you have solid painting experience, know how to properly maintain floors, and can confidently handle minor maintenance tasks - we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Professional Painting

• Surface preparation (patching, sanding, priming)
• Interior painting of walls, ceilings, trim, and doors
• Clean lines and professional finishes
• Proper protection of surrounding areas
• Ongoing touch-ups and preventative upkeep

Floor Care

• Strip, wax, and buff floors
• Operate floor machines safely and effectively
• Maintain polished, clean common areas

Light Maintenance

• Minor drywall repairs
• Caulking and patchwork
• Basic hardware adjustments or replacements
• Identify and report larger repair issues

Qualifications

• Proven professional painting experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Experience with commercial or residential floor care equipment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
