REI Co-op in McLean, VA is seeking a Sr. Bike and Ski Shop Mechanic to assemble equipment, service bikes and snow sports gear, and deliver exceptional customer service in-store and on the floor.
You will train teammates, mentor staff, and maintain a safe, clean shop while upholding industry standards. The role requires 1–2 years bike/ski shop experience and flexible schedule availability, with physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
