MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – MANUFACTURING
Location: Mc Minnville
Department: Manufacturing
Experience: 5+ Years
Reports To: Maintenance Manager
Travel: Local Travel Up to 75-Mile Radius
Position OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, including thermoforming presses, dryers, thermolators, chillers, and air compressors.
This is a hands‑on role for someone with strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, and equipment maintenance experience
.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on thermoforming and manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain dryers, thermolators, chillers, air compressors, and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
- Plan and coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and maintenance projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and parts inventory.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Communicate equipment issues, timelines, and repair needs to management.
- 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably within injection molding or thermoforming.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC operation.
- Strong preventative maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to independently manage maintenance projects and priorities.
- PLC programming experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel within approximately 75 miles.
- Reliable personal transportation required.
- Hands‑on role supporting critical manufacturing equipment.
