• Responsible for all basic cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors and cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and trashing.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Perform additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and clean‑up work for trash and restroom concerns.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Willingness to work assigned hours.
• Capable of performing physical demands, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

USD $17.00/hr harvard provides a competitive salary structure and a benefits package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance, as well as a 401(k) savings plan.
