Job Skills / Requirements

Part Time 3rdShift

Monday - Friday

11pm-3am

* Valid Driver's License of 3 Years or More

* Eligibility for paid time off after successful completion of a 90 day probationary period

* Must be reliable

As a part of our professional cleaning team you would be servicing clients in the following ways:

* Scrub, buff, polish, strip & wax floors

* Clean floors using the Ride-on and walk behind floor cleaning machines

* Mop floors and stairwells with a mop and bucket

* Collect trash from various buildings

* Clean bathrooms using machines

* Vacuum floors & upholstery

* Clean carpets with machines

* Deliver martials to various locations on campus

* Keeping cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operator repairs and parts replacement.

* Maintaining safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

* Maintaining continuity between shifts by documenting cleaning actions; noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring

* Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
