Inspect incoming pallets for damage and determine necessary repairs;
Remove broken or defective boards using tools such as crowbars, nail pullers, and saws;
Replace boards, stringers, and blocks to restore pallet strength and stability;
Use nail guns, hammers, saws, and other woodworking tools safely and effectively;
Ensure finished pallets meet company and customer quality standards;
Stack, sort, and organize repaired pallets for shipment or reuse.
