Maintenance Technician

Candidates with experience in industrial maintenance, building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or facilities support are encouraged to apply.

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery, building equipment, and utilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair food-grade equipment, conveyors, boilers, HVAC, and other industrial systems.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace mechanical and electrical components as needed.
• Respond to equipment and facility issues to minimize downtime and maintain safe operations.
• Follow all safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Mechanicsburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $67600.00 - $83200.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Vacation/Benefits info Given 2 weeks PTO right away, a month after hire. From 1-6 years of service you will earn a total of 144 hours. Cannot carry hours over into the next year, but can at end of year cash in up to 40 hours of PTO. 32 hours of sick leave for the year - will be prorated based on when their start date is if they get the full amount right away.

Health insurance is eligible on 1st of the month following your date of hire. Pay is biweekly.
