Maintenance Worker — 6am - 11am | Retirement Community | Medford, NJ (based on experience)

$16 - $18.40 per hour (based on experience)

• Collect trash and recyclables from designated areas on a large campus, including office buildings, outdoor spaces, and apartment complexes.
• Walk extensive distances throughout the campus and apartment complexes, ensuring all waste is collected efficiently.
• Operate technical equipment, such as waste collection carts or compactors, as necessary.
• Ensure all waste is disposed of in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness around collection areas, removing any debris or litter in the vicinity.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, including reporting any areas needing attention or repair.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operation of tasks.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs overhead

• Morning Shifts;
  Flexible
• 6am - 11am (Flexible)
• Mon / Wed / Fri (days can be flexible, must be every other)
• Approximately 15 hours a week; 30 hours bi-weekly

• $16/hr to $18.40/hr
