Maintains facility in a state of good repair. Maintains the facility in a clean and sanitary condition.
Essential accountabilities include maintaining a clean, sanitary environment, landscaping and lawn maintenance, notifying management of deficiencies, stocking and maintaining supply rooms, following health and safety regulations, gathering and emptying trash, keeping areas clean from debris, shoveling snow, keeping bathrooms stocked, and attending certificate and non-certificate classes.

High school diploma or equivalency diploma or experience in general maintenance work. A valid NYS Driver's License is required.
