Job Overview
This is a great opportunity to join a growing company in an entry-level role with advancement opportunities based on performance. As a Water Care Technician, you’ll deliver exceptional service to owners of hot tubs, swim spas, pools, saunas, and other quality products, while also supporting our internal team. You’ll be proactive in identifying and resolving issues, and you’ll champion safety by following all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Provide weekly and monthly spa water care (training provided)
- Perform weekly water balancing and pool cleaning services for assigned customers
- Maintain performance goals set by management
- Complete training and certifications to repair hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (phone or in-person)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build a strong team
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a CRM and multi-screen environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to pass MVR, background check, and drug screening
- Some mechanical, plumbing, or electrical skills preferred
