Aircraft Mechanic

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Helicopter Mechanic to join our team in the aerospace industry. This is a permanent position, suitable for someone looking for a long-term commitment in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various types of helicopters, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in aircraft systems.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to conduct inspections, repairs, and modifications.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft safety.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repair and maintenance activities.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff members.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Aircraft Mechanic in the aerospace industry or a similar role.
• Proven experience in repair, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical maintenance of various aircraft.
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and equipment.
• Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for aircraft maintenance and repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary: $40 - $46 per hour. Competitive market rates, full benefits, 401k. This is a permanent position with room for advancement.
