The Oregon Community Unit School District is looking for a full-time (8-hours per day) custodian to begin immediately. This position has a morning schedule of 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. This is a replacement position and the hourly rate is based on the current OESPA district contract (found at the contract link on this webpage ).The current starting wage for this position is $17.40 per hour.
Qualifications- Evidence of physical fitness and freedom from communicable disease
- Successful completion of criminal background check (pursuant to applicable provisions of Illinois School Code)
- Possess effective oral and written communication skills
- Able to work with students and adults in a positive manner
- Physically and emotionally able to perform job responsibilities
- Able to attend work regularly and punctually and complete duties in a timely manner
