Food & Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor with 3-5 years in a supervisory role within the coffeeshop or food court sector to lead operational excellence and team performance.

• Lead and supervise staff on food handling and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with SFA standards and maintain high safety and quality standards
• Train new staff to uphold operational procedures and service excellence
• Manage ordering, receiving, and inspection of goods and supplies to maintain inventory accuracy and quality control
• Oversee the cleanliness and neatness of the coffeeshop environment to ensure a welcoming customer experience
• Drive sales by actively promoting food and beverage items to customers
• Provide support to stall tenants by addressing complaints, handling enquiries, and resolving daily operational issues efficiently
• Operate the POS system accurately and maintain daily sales records for reporting and analysis
• Implement and monitor Safe Management Measures to comply with company and regulatory requirements
• Work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays, adhering to a six-day workweek with weekday rest

• Food Hygiene Course or F&B Officer Certificate

• Proficient coffee making and cooking skills to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
