Maintenance Technician

Integrity Realty Group, LLC seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician to support our multifamily portfolio. You'll complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to emergency repairs to keep buildings safe, functional, and attractive. Duties include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, unit turns, grounds and common-area upkeep, and vendor coordination. Working closely with property management and residents, you'll deliver prompt, courteous service that reflects our resident-first, integrity-driven culture and supports long-term community value.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and units
• Prepare units for move-in, including repairs, painting, and basic upgrades
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas, grounds, and building exteriors
• Respond to on-call and emergency maintenance requests as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and basic mechanical systems
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
• Document work performed using maintenance or work order software
• Follow safety procedures and building codes, using proper PPE and tools
• Collaborate with property management and leasing teams to support resident satisfaction
