Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking a Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet at Carlson client sites. This entry-level role focuses on safe, efficient cleaning and includes operating floor machines, sweeping, vacuuming and restrooms cleaning under minimal supervision.
You'll work Sundays through Saturdays, 6:00 am–11:00 am, totaling 35 hours per week, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
