• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including carpet cleaning and window washing

• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
