Conducts preventive maintenance inspections, adjustments, and repairs on applicable equipment, machinery, facility locations, and systems for constant safe and efficient operations;
Documents and tracks all work conducted within the Computerized Management System (TMA/FMP) within 24 hours of performing work;
Receives and promptly responds to emergency requests such as STATs, mitigating disruption of optimal services;
Maintains, stores and operates applicable tools, equipment and machinery in a proper manner, ensuring cleaning and lubrication is done routinely and properly;
Provides coaching and guidance to junior Facility Technicians by driving development in expertise and skills
