Keep communities running in top-notch condition by performing maintenance on interior and exterior facilities;
Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment;
Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents;
Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and other governing jurisdictions;
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies
