Performs basic maintenance activities (changing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, cleaning vents and sprinkler heads, cleaning electrical and mechanical rooms, plunging sinks, toilets, drains);
Delivers excellent service to associates, patients, and visitors;
Maintains documentation in computerized maintenance management system (TMA/FMP);
Assists responses to emergent requests (STAT calls) to minimize downtime and ensure safety;
Maintains and inventories tools, equipment, parts, and supplies; ensures safety practices per OSHA
