Performs maintenance activities such as inspections, adjustments, and repairs on equipment, facilities, and systems according to schedules and workflow procedures;
Delivers excellent service to associates, patients, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy;
Supports continuous operational readiness of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment by diagnosing and repairing applicable equipment, assisting with installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of facility fixtures and systems;
Maintains documentation for all work in the computerized maintenance management system (TMA/FMP) within 24 hours of completion;
Assists responses to emergent requests, such as STAT calls, to minimize downtime and ensure safety of associates, patients, and visitors
