Perform inspections, adjustments, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and building facilities.;
Conduct preventative maintenance on facilities equipment and fixtures to ensure reliability and safety.;
Document all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) within 24 hours of task completion.;
Respond to emergent requests (STAT calls) to minimize downtime and ensure safety of associates, patients, and visitors.;
Utilize hand and power tools; assist with carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs as needed.
