Aya Healthcare -  - Responsibilities:
Performs various basic maintenance activities such as changing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, cleaning vents and sprinkler heads, cleaning electrical and mechanical rooms, plunging sinks/toilets/drains, and delivering oxygen bottles;
Delivers excellent service to Associates, patients, and visitors, ensuring professionalism and courtesy in each interaction;
Maintains documentation for all work conducted within the computerized maintenance management system;
Assists responses to emergent requests to minimize downtime and ensure safety;
Maintains, stores and operates applicable tools and equipment, overseeing inventory of parts, supplies, and materials as needed
