Our client, a leading organization in property management, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting property operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs at one or more properties
• Assist with property inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Support team efforts to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of maintenance tools and procedures
• Ability to pass a background check (some felonies acceptable, no violent or sex offenses)
