Position:
Onsite Maintenance Technician – Engineering, U.S. Person required.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on all equipment based on the established PM schedule, ensuring timely completion and preventing overdue maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to assist with maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with the team to prioritize and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained to meet safety and operational standards.
• Document all maintenance activities, including PMs, repairs, and any actions taken.
• Work closely with other team members to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Follow all company safety protocols and adhere to industry best practices.
• Monitor the availability of parts and replenish supplies as needed.

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and equipment care.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and to prioritize tasks.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.

• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment with a focus on SAI delivery systems, Auto Insertion, Wave Solder, Select Solder, and Surface Mount Technology equipment, including SMT stencil printers, pick‑and‑place machines, reflow ovens and board wash.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.

• Third shift works Sunday – Thursday 10:00p.m. – 8:30a.m. (4x10 schedule).
