Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hour
Shift: 7am to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday

What's a typical day as Facilities Maintenance Associate? You'll be:
- Coordinating with the Facilities Supervisor/Lead to complete day-to-day work orders
- Performing custodial duties including emptying trash, mopping restrooms, replenishing paper products, and vacuuming offices and high traffic areas
- Maintaining janitorial supply inventory throughout the facility
- Conducting basic repair and maintenance of production equipment
- Adhering to preventative maintenance programs and schedules
- Responding to facility emergencies as needed and operating tools and equipment to complete assigned work
- Performing minor landscaping and hardscaping on exterior grounds
- Assisting with line and office moves in coordination with the Facilities Team
- Ensuring cleanliness and good housekeeping practices around work areas
- Using manned lifts and eight-foot step ladders as needed (lift training required)
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Possess 1+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or housekeeping roles (required)
- Hold or are able to obtain forklift and scissor lift certifications (preferred)
- Have knowledge in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and painting (preferred)
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills
- Have OSHA training (preferred)
- Are a self-starter, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Exhibit good written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy working in a hands-on, team-oriented, and dynamic environment
- Can prioritize and organize your workload to manage multiple tasks
- Maintain an excellent attendance record
- Meet US Person requirements as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees/asylees, or those with amnesty, due to ITAR-controlled technical data)
