Perform preventive maintenance on facility machinery and systems to ensure safe, efficient operations across Health First IDN facilities;
Diagnose and repair issues on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems;
Install, modify, and calibrate equipment in compliance with state and local codes;
Document all work in the computerized maintenance management system within 24 hours of completion;
Respond to emergency maintenance calls (STATs) to minimize service disruption and maintain safe environments;
Provide coaching to junior Facility Technicians and assist with inventory planning and project coordination;
Collaborate with facilities leadership to review, coordinate, and implement maintenance projects
