Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, adjustments, and repairs on facility equipment, machinery, facility locations, and systems to ensure safe and efficient operations;
Diagnose, repair, and restore compliant function to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including calibration, commissioning, and component replacement;
Document and track all work performed in the maintenance management system within 24 hours;
Respond to emergency requests (STATs) and mitigate disruption to services while ensuring safety of associates, patients, and visitors;
Provide coaching and guidance to junior Facility Technicians to develop expertise and ensure facilities compliance standards
