Perform inspections, adjustments, and repairs on applicable equipment, facilities, and systems in accordance with established schedules and workflow procedures;
Maintain documentation for all work conducted within the computerized maintenance management system (TMA/FMP) within 24 hours of completion;
Assist responses to emergent requests, such as STAT calls to minimize downtime and ensure safety of associates, patients, and visitors;
Ensure adherence to Health First and OSHA facilities standards, applying safety practices and protocols in all work performed;
Maintain, store and operate tools and equipment, clean and lubricate equipment, and oversee inventory of parts, supplies, and materials as needed
