Perform inspections, adjustments, and repairs on building systems and facilities in accordance with schedules;
Support preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment across all locations;

Assist with emergent requests such as STAT calls to minimize downtime and ensure safety;
Maintain, store, and operate hand and power tools and oversee inventory of parts as needed
