Position OverviewAs a Machine Maintenance Tech, you play a vital role in maintaining our grounds, facilities, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient environment in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Your expertise will be crucial as you diagnose, plan, and execute complex installations, repairs, modifications, improvements, and maintenance procedures on equipment, building facilities, vehicles, and related hardware.
Duties- Assist with light plumbing, light electrical, painting, internal employee moves, and support machine maintenance with equipment moves.
- Keep external building grounds clean and safe for our employees' well-being.
- Prioritize, schedule, and coordinate contract maintenance, dispatching maintenance staff in response to service calls, and procuring necessary parts and materials.
- Ensure adherence to routine maintenance schedules within established guidelines and make revisions as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of prior relevant experience in a maintenance technician role.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations is essential.
- Previous experience working in a maintenance technician role is preferred.
