The Liberty Group seeks Reliable Porters – Groundskeepers for apartment communities across Melbourne. You will maintain grounds, perform trash removal, cleaning, and routine maintenance to keep outdoor areas safe and inviting.
Responsibilities include power washing, checking smoke alarms, changing light bulbs, painting touch-ups, and other outdoor tasks. A valid , reliable transportation, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to pass a background check are required. EEO employer.
