Cleaning Technician

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Technician for this part-time position at Ichiban Cleaning. As a Cleaning Technician, you are responsible for cleaning a designated building or facility area, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and restroom maintenance. You will work with a team of experts in the line of work. The ideal Cleaning Technician is hard-working, driven, detail-oriented, charismatic, and enjoys working in a team environment.

• Clean designated building or facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and restroom maintenance.
• Vacuum floor care and general cleaning tasks in assigned sections.
• Waste management: remove trash from assigned sections and dispose of waste properly.
• Operate cleaning equipment as assigned and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and support future projects.

• Work experience:
  
  1-3 years
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to pass a routine background check
• Strong attention to detail
• Capacity to take direction
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Willingness to work late night shifts
• High school diploma/GED required

• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
• Physically capable of standing on your feet for up to eight (8) hours
• Physically capable of kneeling down
• Physically capable of lifting arms overhead
• Physically capable of carrying a backpack vacuum weighing up to 10 pounds
• Physically capable of pushing an upright vacuum
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
