Performs various maintenance activities such as inspections, adjustments, and repairs on applicable equipment, facilities, and systems in accordance with established schedules and workflow procedures.;
Delivers excellent service to Associates, patients, and visitors, ensuring professionalism and courtesy in each interaction.;
Supports continuous operational readiness of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing equipment by diagnosing and issuing repairs on applicable equipment, often assisting with installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of facility fixtures, finishes, and systems such as lighting, ceilings, flooring and walls.;
Maintains documentation for all work conducted within the computerized maintenance management system (TMA/FMP) by 24-hours of completion for each task performed.;
Assists responses to emergent requests, such as STAT calls to minimize possible downtime and ensure safety of all Associates, patients and visitors.
