Pool Service Technician

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Pool Service Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and chemical balance of our clients' pools and spas. This role involves regular cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs to ensure optimal pool operation and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming
• Test and adjust water chemistry to ensure safe and balanced water conditions
• Clean and maintain pool filters, pumps, and other equipment
• Inspect pools and equipment for potential issues and report findings to management
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and chemicals used
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and "can do" mindset
• Relentless commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previously pool cleaning experience is preferred but not necessary
