Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship offers a hands‑on learning experience where the intern will gain practical, real‑world exposure while supporting day‑to‑day operations and project‑based work. The intern will work closely with experienced professionals, participate in meaningful assignments, and develop valuable skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. This role is ideal for students who are eager to learn, take initiative, and apply classroom knowledge to real business challenges.
This internship is designed to provide meaningful learning opportunities while contributing to the success of the team.
PayratePayrate is based on completed number of years in college:
- Completed freshman year by start of internship: $21.60 per hour
- Completed sophomore year by start of internship: $22.68 per hour
- Completed junior year by start of internship: $23.76 per hour
- Support plant operations and department specific projects.
- Participate in department and project specific team meetings.
- Support inventory management.
- Support data collection, analysis, and entry.
- Participate in one charitable event.
- Perform other duties as required by Supervisor in support of daily lab operations.
- Work across departments to establish a steady materials plan for the expansion lines.
- Help set up BOMs, understand lead times, create firmed plan orders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States. The company will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization (i.e., individuals on student visas are not eligible for an internship).
- Currently enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university program.
- Pursuing a degree related in Supply Chain.
- Be classified as a minimum of an entering sophomore.
- Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship.
- Must commit to a minimum of 10 weeks of internship.
