As the Manager, Diagnostic Imaging, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for a comprehensive imaging department spanning multiple modalities. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving process improvement initiatives, ensuring exceptional quality and patient care, managing departmental financial and human resources, and partnering with physicians, technologists, and hospital leadership to enhance operational performance, optimize workflows, and support a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Success in this role requires a proactive leader who can balance day-to-day operational demands while advancing departmental goals, improving patient experiences, and achieving key quality, regulatory, and financial objectives. This is an opportunity to lead a high‑performing imaging team that plays a critical role in patient diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree – or equivalent training acquired via work experience
- 3–5 years of previous job‑related experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and decision‑making skills
- May require on‑call, weekend, holiday, and emergency coverage as department needs warrant
- Requires travelling to off‑site locations as needed
- Oversee clinical student technologist rotating through the department
- 6–10 years management experience
- Master's Degree
- UKG scheduling or equivalent
- EPIC, PAC experience or equivalent
- Excel Proficient (intermediate)

Annual Salary Range: $96,782.40 - $159,700 (actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles).
